It's centrally located, making it easy to walk to great restaurants and landmarks like City Park and Cataract Gorge. The bed was comfy, and the staff were lovely. We did experience a fire alarm and some key issues, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Actually everything was fantastic, my next choice again in Launceston. It was a pleasant place, had hospitable and knowledgeable staff in their customer service.

Whole place was impeccably clean with spectacular views; magnificent location in centre of CBD. Brand-new & good sized room, with Netflix, a lounge area, and a safe box. Many things to like: comfortable bed, especially helpful stuff in their customer service. Fast check in and easy check out.

The helpful front desk staff swiftly resolved a minor issue with my room, and the on-site dining options provided delicious meals for breakfast and dinner. Plus, having a mini fridge in the room was a great convenience.

Great location and friendly staff who really made us feel welcome. Our room was cozy, and we enjoyed some lovely meals at the bar. Just a heads up about the towels—some were a bit worn, but overall, we had a pleasant experience and would return.

Room service for meals was good plus I loved the shower bay because it was non-slip.

Movies @ $14.95 too expensive. I needed instructions on how to work the remote for movies but 2 staff I asked had no idea either. Asked for 1 early morning call but didn't get it.
